Beech
& Hancock
Beech, Hancock & Co. potted at the Swan Bank Pottery in Burslem and appear in directories between 1851 and 1856.They were succeeded by Beech & Hancock, listed at Swan Bank, Tunstall, between 1860 and 1876. Godden gives their dates as 1851-55 and 1857-76.
Beech & Hancock registered four designs for moulded jugs between 1861 and 1863. One unregistered design dated 1864 has also been recorded. A moulded teapot by the earlier Beech, Hancock & Co. is also included below, along with one jug design which was not registered.
